An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Administrator in our busy Greenford service depot. This role would suit someone who has worked or has an understanding of the automotive industry. Reporting to the Depot Branch Manager you will work as part of a small team.

Duties
- Manage the payroll process, compile employee attendance Records and Calculate the hours worked each week from the employee Time sheet, Submit information to pay roll every Monday
- Carry Out weekly / Monthly Health and Safety Audits
- Invoice Warranty and TK claims
- To deal with customers bookings
- To chase the customer for a Final order number
- To provide outstanding customer services through face to face and phone
- General Administration support and Filling
**Qualifications**:
- Knowledge of Microsoft products
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking skills and able to work under pressure.
- Self-motivated and pro-active individual with an excellent level of attention to detail.
- able to work to a Deadline
- Flexible Attitude to work and support where Required
