Risk and Compliance Administrator

**What will you be doing?**:
We have a great opportunity available to join our Risk and Compliance Team as a Compliance Administrator on a part-time basis (20 hours).
You’ll be providing administrative support within the Risk and Compliance Team in its remit of monitoring compliance in food safety, trading standards and health and safety, and be a champion of seeking continuous improvement through digital and robotic solutions.
You’ll help generate accurate reports and data from the system as required by the business to inform key stakeholders of compliance status and trends.
Working collaboratively with our IT, Learning & Development and Trading Operations teams as well as the external software provider, you’ll aid with system changes, updates, testing, trouble shooting, errors and maintenance.
Other duties will include setting up of meetings, agendas, circulation of papers, minutes and actions, for the Society’s Food Safety & Trading Standards & Health & Safety Committees.
**How will I know if I am right for this role?**:
This role would suit a great problem-solver who has a strong attention to detail and an interest in numbers.
You’ll need to be able to deliver to deadlines and possess a high level of IT literacy with strong excel skills.
Preferably, you’ll have the ability to create and manipulate reports and data as well as having previous experience of using and supporting a digital system [back
- end, troubleshooting, updating and reporting].
Ideally, you’ll be experienced in working closely with stakeholders to diagnose, design and deliver outputs in a multi-site, customer focused environment and have knowledge of compliance in a retail [food safety, health and safety and trading standards].
