Our mission is to raise funds and represent the work of the Royal Air Force Charitable Trust by promoting the Royal Air Force and inspiring young people and RAF personnel to fulfil their potential in air, space, and technology.

**What are we looking for?**

We are looking for a full time Ground Operations Administrator will be responsible for supporting the Ground Operations Manager, Ground Operations Project Coordinator and the wider team in range of RIAT and non-RIAT related activities relating to the showground build, the day-to-day running of the warehouse and maintenance of head office.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Coordination of the Ground Operations element of the AllowMe pass system including upkeep and allocation
- Coordination with USAFE/RAF for the handover/takeover of all buildings required in support of RIAT
- Ensuring all contractors health and Safety documentation is in order prior to show passes being issued
- Assist the upkeep of the Ground Operations Smartsheet project plans.
- Assist the Ground Operations Project Coordinator with warehouse and logistics administration
- Assist the Ground Operations Project Coordinator with the build team and during show build period
- Ordering of show build consumables prior to airfield deployment
- Assist the Ground Operations Manager with the procurement and the upkeep of company and hire vehicles

**What we will offer**

A pro-rata’d salary equivalent to £23,000 is accompanied by pension and a focus on staff wellbeing and social events throughout the year.

You will also be given two complimentary tickets to The Royal International Air Tattoo and a staff discount of 50% for an additional six.

Please note you must hold a full driving licence for this role.
