Workshop Coordinator

Due to business expansion, we are looking to grow our existing team and are looking for an organised and enthusiastic individual, capable of working on their own initiative and with the ability to communicate effectively with customers.

The key responsibilities are;
- Deal with daily customer enquires.
- Workshop Loading: To distribute and control the issue of work to the Technicians to maximise quality and overall efficiency
- Supervising the Team: To lead, motivate, coach and develop the team to achieve their daily objectives
- Source & deal with customer part requests & maintain relationships with suppliers
- Pro-actively contact customers to update them on progress of work
- Notify customers promptly of completion of work
- Ensure customer awareness of all products and services available
- General admin duties associated with role
- Support management team as & when required

Essential criteria
- Hard working with the ability to work under pressure
- Confident and positive ‘can do’ attitude
- Enthusiastic and dedicated approach to work
- Exceptional communication skills
- Basic computer skills MS Office
- Presentable appearance

This role would ideally be suited to a workshop foreman / controller or a senior service advisor looking to take the next step in their career.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
