Meraki Talent are delighted to be engaged on the role of Payroll Analyst for a luxury brand based in Edinburgh. The role is paying up to £31,000 + Excellent benefits.

**The Role**
The role will report into the Finance Manager and will be responsible for assisting with the end-to-end processing of the monthly payroll for circa 150+ employees. Moreover, the successful individual will also be involved in assisting with the streamliningof payroll systems and processes.
**On Offer**
The role of Payroll Associate is offering a salary up to £31,000 per annum with additional benefits. The office is based in Edinburgh and is easily accessible via public transport. Moreover, the company are offering hybrid working.
You will be involved in but not limited to the following duties:
- Reporting to Finance Manager
- Process monthly end-to-end payroll
- Preparing month to month payroll variance analysis
- Posting payroll journals
- Assisting with payroll legislation - RTI, auto enrolment, PAYE, SSP, holiday pay, pensions etc.
- Maintaining the company database including processing starters and leavers
- Dealing with internal queries and questions from employees on payroll related matters
- Ability to liaise with external partners - HMRC, DWP etc.
- Periodic and ad hoc reporting
- Ensuring systems/processes are constantly analysed and updated
- Adhoc duties
To be considered for this role you must:
- Have 1 years’ experience working with end-to-end payroll
- Have good payroll systems experience
- Have a good working knowledge of MS Excel
- Have strong stakeholder management skills
