Job Title - HR Administrator
Reports to the HR Manager
Salary - Up to £25,000
My client based in Bury Based is a market leader in commercial manufacturing, operating successfully throughout the world.
The Role
Responsible for managing the day to day HR administration tasks and providing support across the HR team as required
Key Accountabilities
- Completing starter and leavers administration
- Complete HR inductions
- Maintaining sickness records for monthly and weekly paid employees and providing Payroll with relevant information
- Completing retirement paperwork for all employees
- Updating monthly attendance bonus administration
- General admin work
- Arrange occupational health appointments and update OH system
- Arrange annual calibration of occupational health equipment
- Issue swipe cards
- Request DBS checks
- Updating time and attendance system
- Update training plan in line with performance reviews and arrange training
- Maintain holiday entitlement system
- Reception break cover
Skills, Knowledge and Attributes
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Flexible and adaptable approach to work
- Team player
- Meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of work
- Organised and efficient to meet deadlines
- Good working knowledge of systems
- Ability to work proactively
- Willing to learn new skills and grow with the Company
- Ability to communicate at all levels
