Arrowhead Rockdrill Company Ltd are a long-established manufacturer of hydraulic attachments for construction equipment and are based in Old Whittington, Chesterfield. We are looking for a full-time experienced sales administrator to join our team, this is a new role and a great opportunity for the right person. As sales administrator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the sales department.

**Responsibilities**
- Answering the phone to all incoming sales calls
- Processing sales orders
- Inputting customer information onto the CRM system
- Tracking orders to achieve delivery dates
- Arranging despatch of goods worldwide, including producing export documentation
- Issuing sales invoices and statements
- Chasing overdue accounts
- Production of sales information for management
- Supporting the sales team
- General office admin

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Previous experience in office administration
- Familiarity with CRM systems (preferred)
- Experience of using Sage Accounts (preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel & Word)
- Understanding of export procedures (preferred)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to learn new skills

We are looking for someone who is a team player and excited about the next step in their career. We can offer training on our systems but ideally you will have recent experience in a similar role.
