**The Role**:
As an Unqualified Behaviour Mentor, you'll be working full-time during term time only, across Key Stage 3, 4, and post-16, unlocking the potential of children who may have found traditional teaching methods challenging. We're not looking for formal qualifications but real-world experience, especially in sports, residential, or a positive behaviour background. Your role is to be a guiding light, forging strong relationships with hard-to-reach children.

**What You'll Do**:

- Work on a one-on-one basis or in small groups with the children.
- Be the mentor and role model they need, helping them navigate the challenges they face.
- Create an inspiring, supportive environment where they can thrive.

This role is open to anyone with a passion to work with children and has transferable skills. We're not just looking for employees; we're seeking individuals with character and the energy to connect with our children. You should have a natural ability to spark engagement and take the time to truly get to know each child. While formal qualifications aren't required, experience working with children or young adults would be a bonus but we are open to people from a range of backgrounds as long as you have transferable skills. passionate about your role, and happy to be a positive influence.

After six months in this role, you can start a Teaching Assistant qualification program completely free. **Comprehensive Training**:
You will receive comprehensive training through a fantastic induction training program which is over a week long. This training will equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in your role, even if you don't have prior formal qualifications.

**Driving License Requirement**:
To be eligible for this position, you must have a valid driver's license. You'll be responsible for transporting children between different sites, and you should be comfortable obtaining business insurance for your car, with fuel costs covered.

This role allows you to work closely with children, building strong bonds with them. You become an important part of their development, helping them overcome challenges, fostering personal growth, and serving as a positive influence.
