One of our fantastic clients are looking for a Purchase Ledger Administrator to join their large, face pace, growing Purchase Ledger team. They are looking for accuracy in processing invoices and account reconciliation to reach key deadlines.

Main duties include:

- Processing of invoices
- Releasing invoices in preparation for payment
- Ensure VAT rules and regulations are met on paperwork
- Reconciliation of supplier statements to meet monthly deadlines
- Setting up new supplier accounts/Maintaining pre-existent ones
- General admin work
- Some other duties are reasonably required from time to time
- Previously worked within a financial position
- GCSE's grade A-C
- Ambitious, wanting progression
- History dealing with high number of data entry
- Computer literate with intermediate experience with Excel
- Communication skill - both oral and written
- Efficient working
- Ability to prioritise workload
