Would you like to work as part of our Intermediate Care Therapy Team covering Hull and East Riding ? We are looking for someone who has experience in delivering rehabilitation, to join our friendly team of therapists.

The main focus of the service is to prevent hospital admissions and to facilitate hospital discharges, enabling people to stay at home safely, and to be able to manage their everyday activities. Your role will involve visiting patients in their own homes in the community, and in community bedded units, so you will need to be able to travel across the area effectively.

The successful postholder will be working with a considerable degree of autonomy, and will be able to think on their feet and problem solve, but will have support available from the wider team at all times.
