**What you’ll be doing**:
When in this job role there will be various tasks and responsibilities for you to complete which include
- Escalating various inquires to the appropriate team when necessary
- Maintaining an organised and professional database of customers information
- Help sell policies to a variety of client companies ensuring it’s in compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Maximising sales opportunities for yourself and the company primarily through inbound channels including both cross-selling and up-selling
- Possible out bound selling if required
- Raising support tickets to enable tracking and resolution of customer requests

**Required skills and experience**:

- Content to work independently or part of a team
- High self-motivation
- Strong organisation skills
- Be able to deal with possible tough situations in a calm and professional manner
- The capability to build various professional and positive relationships with both the workplace and customers
- The ability to communicate effectively
- Be flexible and a fast learner
