**Sales & Retention Phone Agent - working for Pinnacle Pet UK, part of the PPG Group**

**Location**: We offer the opportunity to work completely from home within the UK, be office based in Borehamwood, or split your time between home and office. However please note you may be required to come to head office on your first day for an induction and to collect your equipment.
**Full Time**: 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday between the hours of 8am - 6pm on a weekly rotating shift pattern. Some weekend work will be required on a rota basis.
**What you’ll get up to as a Sales & Retention Phone Agent**
Delivering a first-class customer experience whilst maximising the value of every telephone interaction with all Pinnacle Pet Group client customers. Selling insurance products, support the online sales journey & retain customers that are wishing to cancel their existing policies on behalf of the client in a compliant manner. Promote a positive image of Pinnacle Pet Group & its client companies whilst actively growing PPG & partners business.
**What we look for in you as a Sales & Retention Phone Agent**
- Previous experience working within a phones based sales role is essential
- As you’ll be working to targets, experience working within a targeted environment would be an advantage
- Our customer experience is at the forefront of everything we do, so you'll be passionate about delivering top customer service
- Attention to detail is important as you’ll need to get to know our different policies inside out
- Within this busy role you’ll need to be organised with the ability to work at pace
- To act to deliver good outcomes for retail customers whilst delivering a higher standard of customer care and enabling consumers to make effective decisions in their interests
