Due to the increase in demand for their services, Newson Health have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Financial Planning Analyst. It is an exciting time to join their 200+ strong team, including over 100 clinicians, who are focused on making adifference.

This **Financial Planning Analyst** role is newly created, with responsibility for the 5-year business plan, the annual budget process, financial evaluation of strategic projects and forecasting across the group companies.

In addition you will be responsible for analysing financial data and creating reports and dashboards that provide insights to key stakeholders. You will work closely with finance and other operational teams across the group, to develop forecasting modelsand financial metrics that inform business decisions. You will also provide recommendations to improve financial performance based on your analysis.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Preparation of the annual budgets for subsidiary companies and at group level. ( this includes, P&L, Balance Sheet and Cashflow statement)
- Preparation of quarterly forecasts.
- Responsible for the monthly rolling business forecasts.
- Work closely with project owners to model the ROI for key strategic projects, for submission to the Board. Develop KPIs to track the ongoing success of these projects.
- KPI reporting to measure the performance of the company.
- Preparation of a 5 year rolling financial forecast.
- Ensure integrity of financial data supplied to other areas of the business and external stakeholders.
- Develop robust financial models for scenario analysis.
- Continuously improve processes to streamline forecasting and budgeting activities within the organisation.
- Review financial performance against plan and analyse financial trends.
- Prepare commentary on the company's financial health to be included in the monthly Board Report.
- Qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis or FP&A role
- Experience in Power BI with advanced Excel skills, including financial modelling and analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience with financial planning and budgeting processes.
