**What is the day to day of the role?**
- Systems administration for all staff
- Responsible for Managing the HRIS System, implementing new upgrades and managing user access
- Attend webinars and training when required, along with Monthly Senior Managment meetings
- Complete reports for the organisation
- Working alongside, HR, Finance, Payroll and Auditors.

**Required skills and qualifications**:

- Experience with I-TRENT
- Experience/Knowledge with SAP
- Be able to problem solve, think on their feet and use initiative
- CIPD Qualified is a Bonus
- Strong IT Skills and Excellent Analytic skills
