**Brook Street (UK) Ltd are recruiting Public Sector **_Quality and Performance Support Officer's_** on behalf of our leading Public Sector client based in Omagh.**

As **_Quality and Performance Support Officer_**_ _you will work in the Health and Safety Department and provide effective administrative and operational support to the Senior Quality, Energy and Sustainability Manager in support of QSHE and FM Services in relation to Quality and Performance.
You will report directly to the Senior Quality, Energy and Sustainability Manager and will be required to work effectively with senior staff across QSHE and the Facilities Management Division.

SUCCESSFUL APPLICANTS MUST:

- Undertake line management responsibilities (including approving annual leave requests dealing with any attendance management/disciplinary issues for several staff; across multiple locations as required.
- Provide support to the FM Heads of Service (QSHE, Maintenance, Catering and Premises, Cleaning and Grounds) to develop, maintain, interrogate, and progressively improve dashboards/information systems to enable central co?ordination of key performance indicators (KPIs) and supporting data across FMS.
- Assist the Senior Quality, Energy and Sustainability Manager and FM Heads of Service with the effective development, management, and delivery of key APSE performance indicators (KPI) and supporting data to drive continuous service improvements.
- Be Responsible for the effective tracking and reporting of all issues relating to QSHE, including correspondence, AQWs, FOIs, Ministerial Briefing Requests and Invites and DE Requests arising from enquires and complaints from parents, school principals, Board members, MLAs, MPs and other Public Representatives and Members of the Public.
- Provide support and advice to the Senior Quality, Energy and Sustainability Manager and QSHE Service Managers to ensure compliance with the latest legislative and policy guidance relating to General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) including Freedom of Information (FOI), Data Protection (DP), Handled Outside of Complaints Procedure (HOCP), Complaints, Compliments, and all other data management related activities within FMS.
- Work alongside HR Business Partners as part of the Business Support Network (Cross-directorate Business Support Officer Working Group) to represent the very specific interests of FM services.

TYPICAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

- Hold a third level qualification (HNC or above), or equivalent and have a minimum of three years' experience of working in an administrative role in an office environment providing comprehensive service co-ordination and support directly to Senior Managers.

OR
- Have a minimum of five years' experience in an administrative role in an office environment providing comprehensive service co-ordination and support directly to Senior Managers.

Demonstrable experience of tracking, managing, and evaluating complex communications across EA services at a regional level.
Demonstrable experience of establishing and maintaining productive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders at a range of levels.
Demonstrable experience in the development of policies including the coordination and development of Stakeholder consultations.
