We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Designer to join the fast-growing Digital team.

The Junior Designer will be an integral part of the central Digital team and will provide high-quality creative and design services for client accounts across a variety of sectors including healthcare, media, technology, manufacturing, sport, food & drink and financial services. A Junior Designer is expected to be skilled in the development of a variety of different assets including, but not limited to, social media graphics, reports, Powerpoint design, animations and video editing.

Embedded within the central Digital team, the Junior Designer is expected to think creatively, work with our Account Managers and Client Services team to deliver on projects and take briefs from clients across the Hanover Group.

They will also provide support for new business activity including innovative ideas, asset development and pitch support. Our mission at Hanover is to provide reputation and issues management and advice with ‘uncommon sense’ to corporate customers in an uncertain world.

**Requirements**:

- Contributing to the development of creative and assets across the business including campaigns, integrated communications, social media collateral, branding, toolkits and video.
- Demonstrate a ‘social first’ approach, demonstrating a thorough understanding of current social media and campaign trends.
- Proven ability to concept, design and deliver a wide array of assets across digital and print.
- Produce mock ups and presentation visuals for internal and external presentations and collateral.
- Strong background in graphic design and proficiency in Adobe creative suite and other design tools.
- A keenness to participate in creative ideation sessions, drawing on wider cultural influences and trends to inspire and motivate the wide client teams and push creative boundaries.
- Ability to work well under pressure, tight deadlines and to effectively manage their own time and delivery schedules.
- An excellent attention to detail, composition and colour / branding.
- Ability to support Client teams to communicate effectively on briefing, delivery and project management for clients design and asset needs.
