You will be a Junior Graphic Designer (Hybrid) within this vibrant and creative marketing team, working on a variety of projects you will support the in-house design executive to create a range of assets across digital, social, video, web, mobile and print.Working for this pharmaceutical company in London you will be vital inn producing eye catching, effective marketing pieces to improve interaction and outreach.

This multinational pharmaceutical business offer patients the opportunity to control their health through knowledge, choice and convenience, you will have the opportunities to generate greater marketing outreach to help more patients improve their qualityof life. This role sits within Marketing helping brand development, relationship marketing, market and customer insight and commercial effectiveness of marketing campaigns and are responsible for meeting lead generation targets.
**Description**
Some of the key responsibilities for this junior graphic designer (hybrid) role are:
- Produce creative and impactful digital presentations to communicate our brand story to a range of different audiences
- Design process - support the delivery of design projects from brief through to production - this includes all stages of the design process from understanding project requirements, listening to feedback to delivering the final designs.
- Digital design and formats - ability to edit video, create display banners, info graphics, animations and social media assets, website and mobile/ responsive design layouts
- Print design and layouts - produce layouts and designs for printed marketing materials such as brochures, leaflets, business cards, postcards and newsletters, white-papers.
- Manage artwork - send artwork to print, monitoring progress against agreed deadlines and ensure material is printed to the highest quality.
- Team Work - produce creative, digital first solutions for a range of objectives within a well established team
**Profile**
A successful Junior Graphic Designer (Hybrid) for this London opportunity will have the following:
- Good knowledge of all aspects of graphic design (print marketing, corporate communications, promotional materials, digital design including web and mobile) and experience using Adobe Creative Cloud software.
- Diploma or degree in graphic design, animation, multimedia, communication design, photography, illustration, fine art or related field.
- Good organisational skills to support the rest of the team
- The ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to share ideas and input into creative meetings
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in variety of digital and print formats
- Have creative flair and be a good storyteller
- Willingness to listen to feedback and use it to improve
- Keen eye for detail
