Finance Admin Assistant

We are currently recruiting for an organised and determined individual with aspirations to progress in the finance sector.
We’re a close team, and we look for self-starters who can treat their colleagues with respect. We seek individuals who, enjoy working in a team and have a “can-do” proactive attitude, but can also work independently.
**Responsibilities**:
Create and update spreadsheets of daily transactions
Manage accounts receivable and payable
Review and process reimbursements.
Keep records of invoices and tax payments
Manage company’s liabilities (e.g. insurance premium)
Identify and address account discrepancies.
Skills & Attributes
Proven work experience as a Finance Administrator, Finance Assistant or similar role
Hands-on experience with accounting software, like Sage
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (creating spreadsheets and charts and using financial Excel functions)
Good understanding of bookkeeping procedures
Time-management and organization skills
Confidentiality
