- **POST BASED IN CALLANDER**
**- X3 NIGHTSHIFTS PER WEEK (10 HOUR SHIFT)**
- **EXPERIENCE WITH NON INVASIVE VENTILATION AND COMPLEX CARE SKILLS PREFERRED**
- No set days but alternate weekends off.
**- MUST BE A DRIVER AND HAVE ACCESS TO YOUR OWN CAR FOR WORK**
- Provide compassionate and personalised care to clients with complex care needs.
- Provide support with NIV, suction and cough assist alongside activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals via PEG
- Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper lifting techniques and assistive devices
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Plan and prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding if necessary
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning and laundry
- Escort clients to medical appointments or social outings
- Previous experience of NIV (CPAP/BiPAP), cough assist, suction and chest physio preferred but not required.
- Knowledge and experience of medication administration including via PEG
- Previous professional experience of working in homecare
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients and their families
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Ability to work independently and follow care plans accurately
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules or client needs
