Apprentice Culinary Associate

The role of a catering assistant is an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals who take pride in ensuring a high standard of food preparation and service.

• Preparation of food and beverages
• Basic cooking and menu planning
• Food service and presentation
• Kitchen hygiene and health and safety protocols, adhering to the Food Safety Act and Health & Safety at Work Act

No prior experience in catering is necessary, as comprehensive on-the-job training and compulsory off-job training will be provided.

The estimated annual salary for this position is £23,000 - £28,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
