**What will keep you challenged**:
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for collecting detailed site information to enable the design team to produce bespoke system designs. You will translate clear and precise details to ensure the installation accurately reflects the customers quote.

Typical day-to-day duties include:

- Meet with domestic customers to carry out a technical surveyor
- Review and understand the customers system solution
- Gather accurate measurements, data and images
- Complete a surveyor report
- Update the IT system with surveyor information
- Work closely with the design team to share survey information
- Work with the wider business to progress customers projects

**What you’ll bring**:

- Experience in Solar PV systems (_desirable but not essential_)
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations (_desirable but not essential_)
- Friendly, approachable personality
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficient IT skills
- Full driving licence
- Ability to self-manage a busy and time-critical schedule of work
- Deliver a consistent high level of accuracy with attention to detail

- £3k contribution to your solar system (after 3 years full-time service)

COVID Considerations: Hand sanitiser is available throughout the office and provided in company vehicles. Masks can be worn when on-site, and visitors to the office are kept to a minimum. Non-customer-facing employees can work remotely.
