Our offices are based at Poundbury and Piddlehinton, Dorchester.

We are looking to expand our Solar PV installation teams at the moment of explosive growth. As experience is not essential, this exciting new role would suit someone who is enthusiastic and keen to learn. Working as part of a team you will complete domestic and commercial installations to the highest standard.

**What will keep you challenged**:
Reporting to the Team Leader, you will collaborate with an experienced team to install solar PV systems for homes, schools, and commercial installations. You will demonstrate organisational skills and the ability to work independently. Through training and support, you will develop product and system knowledge for a variety of roof types and ground mount systems.

Typical day-to-day duties include:

- Collect and deliver system kit
- Participate in organising the installation
- Carryout in-roof, on-roof, or ground mount system installations
- Liaise with the operations team to ensure the installation meets the requirements
- Commission and handover the system (once trained)
- Promote health and safety on site, at all times

**Salary**: £22,000 - £28,000 per year, depending on experience

COVID-19 considerations:
Hand sanitiser is available throughout the office and provided in company vehicles. Masks can be worn when on-site, and visitors to the office are kept to a minimum.
