**Role Overview**:
With more and more home sellers using the GetAgent platform, we are looking for an intelligent and proactive Customer Relationship Executive to help bridge the gap between our two sets of customers; home sellers and estate agents. You will ensure the agents are fully aware of the homeowner’s needs and facilitate a smooth relationship between both parties.
**What you'll be doing**:
- Contacting estate agents that homeowners have engaged with, passing on details of the homeowners requirements and their situation
- Identifying and overcoming objections in order to maintain and strengthen relationships, as well as ensuring the homeowner receives the best possible outcome for the sale of their home
- Keeping detailed records of interactions within our CRM
- You will be a trusted advisor to estate agents, assisting them and helping them understand how our platform works and how they can maximise their return from it
- You will take pride in offering a great all-round customer experience
**What we'll need from you**:
- Self Starter - You'll be able to work independently; quickly assess a situation and provide suitable suggestions and valuable insights.
- Problem Solver - You enjoy the challenge of finding a solution to our customers queries and striving to exceed their expectations.
- Personable - You are a people person; you are engaging and have the ability to build an instant rapport with our customers.
**Desired/Beneficial Experience**:
This is an entry-level role, and we aren't looking for much experience outside of having great communication skills, a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building trusted relationships. The below will however be beneficial:
- Previous experience in a customer support, sales or account management focused role, ideally telephone-based
- Experience with objection handling and negotiation
- Experience/Interest in the UK property Market
