**MPA recruitment are currently recruiting support workers and care assistants within the Belfast, Newtownabbey, Lisburn, and Downpatrick area. MPA currently supply staff into both the public and private sectors and cover all roles within the healthcare sector.**

**Duties will Include-**
- Delivering quality personal care to each patient/resident,
- supporting them with washing, dressing, eating, and maintaining their hygiene,
- To support and empower individuals to develop/improve independent living skills as identified in person centred plans. This may include providing support to manage domestic or social skills and personal care.
- Provide a person centered care approach and provide interventions to meet identified needs.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- NISCC (required)
- Be willing to complete an Access NI Check yearly at a fee of £33

**Salary**: £10.42-£22.14 per hour
