**The Role**

As a Process Owner - Cast Products you will develop and maintain the process integrity to supply metallurgically and dimensionally conform superalloy investment castings. You will provide engineering and technical support from mould preparation to finished castings for all gas turbine castings.

You will be responsible for process development and process management for the full portfolio of parts from cradle to phase out. You will lead the quantitative and qualitative understanding of our installed equipment capabilities, and identifying future capabilities to excel with. You need to be able to think in value steps, understanding their efficiency targets and defining the technical means to meet and exceed the targets. You will control and steer the current process set up by a set of CTQs that are identified to control process variation within acceptable limits.

We are looking for an ambitious individual who will be a pro-active experienced engineer with the ability to understand equipment capabilities as well as the cast parts requirements and their logical value stream sequence. The role is suited to a highly self-motivated individual who can operate with mínimal supervision.

**Requirements**:

- Undergraduate engineering related degree (BSc) with 15-20 years relevant experience or Masters degree (MSc) with more than 7 years relevant experience, or PhD in appropriate academic discipline with more than 4 years relevant experience
- Extensive technical expertise/analysis as a specialist
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Experience in continuous improvement of techniques
- Broad knowledge of materials science, mechanical, industrial engineering along with investment casting technology.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills in process engineering.
- Strong communication skills
