We are currently recruiting for a **Warehouse Team Leader** for our well established client based in **Manchester, M3**.

The shifts will run from Monday to Thursday 9am - 5:30pm & Friday 9am - 4:30pm

This is a **permanent **role with **immediate** start.

£20,500 per annum.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead a team of 6+ people in a section of warehouse dedicated to an online D2C online website.
- Provide line management to the team, coordinating their workloads, providing support to ensure the team delivers & monitoring any issues that may arise.
- Assist in running an efficient warehouse zone, which is able to fulfil operational & customer demands.
- Ensure inventory is properly managed, located & fulfilled and work within time to pick, pack & prepare customer orders.
- Accept & check frequent delivery of new stock.
- Liaise directly with Director & management regarding the ongoing day-to-day operations within the warehouse.
- Train new warehouse operatives as & when required.
- Ensure health & safety standards are acknowledged.

Role Requirements & Experience:

- Supervisory & team leader skills with the ability to motivate, manage & coordinate others.
- Good communication & interpersonal skills.
- Good planning skills & able to operate under pressure.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Experience of warehouse PDAs & computer devices.
- Work well within a team.
- Practical knowledge of general warehouse safety.
