**Job Title: Asset Management Administrator (ongoing temp)**

**Salary: £23,000 - £25,000 p.a**

**Location: Maidenhead**

Our client is looking for an experience administrator to work at their lovely offices in Maidenhead. The role holder would be responsible for providing administrative support in relation to repairs and maintaining comprehensive compliance databases for theorganisation. Providing general secretarial support in managing correspondence, recharges, missed appointments, pricing of jobs, purchase orders, minutes and creating and sending the mail merges.

To include:

- Overseeing and manage call outs schedules, scheduling repairs as necessary.
- Manage invoices, matching documentation to invoices prior to processing and batching for finance. Liaise with managers, subcontractors and trade operatives to obtain correct information relating to outstanding jobs.
- Monitor, update and maintain the approved contractors list ensuring compliance requirements are adhered to.
- This includes suspending non-compliant contractors and the administering the set-up of new suppliers.
- Responsible for providing a range of administrative support in managing the organisations fleet; dealing with MOT’s, fuel cards, servicing, breakdowns and accidents.

You will have experience in:

- Previous CRM experience and ideally property repair systems experience.
- Good general knowledge of Microsoft Office systems and strong administrative skills.
