**The Job**

The UK Communications, PR and Events Assistant - ("CPEA") will help MINERVA's UK local communications, Local (“the Marketing Team”) with Marketing, Social Media, PR and Events and support in content generation and the successful execution of campaigns.

Reporting into the Head of UK Communications, the CPEA shall support MINERVA by:
a) Identifying paid media channels across the UK to collaborate with

b) Using all forms of media and communication to build, maintain and manage the reputation of GOLD COLLAGEN® brand in the UK

d) Identify key communication messages for campaigns to defined target audiences in order to establish and maintain goodwill and understanding between GOLD COLLAGEN® and its public.

e) Supporting the UK Marketing team in all analysis and reporting necessary for all marketing, events and and PR activities.

All with the objective of:
f) Enhance brand presence across specific audiences through events, PR and, Communication campaigns

g) Enhance brand recognition through digital and traditional media channels via PR

h) Create/increase demand for the brand.

i) Generate measurable activities and results, optimising costs and time organise brand events in various locations around the UK.

**Roles & Responsibilities and main objectives**

The UK Communications, PR and Events Assistant - ("CPEA") will support the Marketing Team effort to grow brand awareness and generate demand in the market through sales with structured and well-executed PR and marketing activities.

**The main objectives shall be**:
**Overall**:
1. Working alongside the UK Marketing team to ensure the smooth running of their day to day duties

2. Support UK Marketing team with the day-to-day management of suppliers, agencies, and media

**On the Event front**:
1. Identify suitable B2B and B2C events for the brand to participate in

2. Organise the event with the appropriate teams

3. Prepare marketing assets and materials needed for events

4. Attend the events and present the brand in a positive way

5. Create post event presentations showing the event findings and learnings

**On the PR front**:
Working closely with the UK PR agency to ensure monthly objectives are achieved

1. Update and send weekly reports to the line manager about sampling activities to journalists, bloggers and celebrities to ensure relevant follow-ups activities are executed in a timely manner

2. Manage activities done with the operations team on a weekly basis to make sure product is sent to celebrities, influencers, journalists, and bloggers

3. Keep all markets press archives up to date on a shared drive-in line with Company’s guidelines

4. Researching Trends and Drafting ad-copy ideas for blog posts, social media & press releases

5. Support the management of potential PR crisis situations;
6. Analysing PR campaigns and identify best practices to share within the Company;
7. Update and send weekly reports to the line manager about agreed monthly objectives;
8. Engage with Press and Influencers and build a long-term relationship;
**On the Social Media side**:
**Expected attitude**

The CPEA work shall be characterised by creative yet well-organised delivery of PR, Events and some Digital activities; such activities shall be well designed and characterised by thorough research. Analysis of the circumstances, attention to details factors should be the basis for each PR, Events and Communications planning.

The organisation, time management, research, analysis, creativity, problem-solving and "can-do" / positive attitude are necessary to succeed in this role.

4. Number of coverages online and offline reached for the relevant markets
