**Role Overview**

This role is based on site with our client in Shirebrook. Delta Group prints and distributes printed point of sale material for Frasers Group, working with brands like Sports Direct, Flannels, USC, House of Fraser, Evans Cycles, Jack Wills and many more.

Reporting to Delta’s on-site Account Director, the Retail Marketing Assistant is embedded in the Frasers Group marketing team and supports them with administration and organisation.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Implementing, overseeing and analysing retail marketing campaigns, including window schemes and in store POS
- Contributing to and developing marketing plans and strategies (both internal and external) to drive the business forward
- Assist the wider marketing team on a daily basis with organisation and implementation of key marketing objectives
- Maintain marketing administration for the department
- Liaising with retail store managers to communicate relevant marketing information and give marketing support at retail level
- Liaising with brands such as Nike, Adidas, Puma and Under Armour on marketing objectives and maintaining and driving relationships
- Assist with organising and conducting the seasonal photo shoots
- Work with the wider team to ensure all store openings run smoothly, from pre-opening, to POS, to opening event and post-opening support
- Ad hoc tasks including PR, events, advertising etc
- Continually looking at process improvements that will benefit the client and Delta
