JOB TITLE: Online Grocery Planner - Events & Activity

ABOUT THE ROLE:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Planner to join our team As an Online Planner for Grocery Home Shopping you will be responsible for delivering an exciting and inspiring program of events and activity on the Grocery Home Shopping website and app for our customers.

The role represents a unique opportunity to work with multiple teams (Customer, Trading and Design) and create customer focused pages on the Grocery Home Shopping website.

You'll blend creative thinking with a commercial approach to create effective events pages that insoire our customers and present products in the best possible way online.

You will be part of a large cross functional team, so you'll have a strong team work ethic and enjoy developing working relationships. This role provides many opportunities to further develop both your technical and behavioural capabilities as it will give you lots of exposure within the business and across multiple teams.

This is a very exciting time to join the team as we transition to a new technology platform and you'll be involved in the new website from day one

ABOUT YOU:

- Have a demonstrable interest in online retail and experience in this area, experience as an online merchandiseer would be useful
- This is a cross functional role so the ability to build good working relationships with multiple stakeholders and challenge appropriately is important.
- Be organised and experienced in delivering projects to a plan
- Be results focussed with good commercial/reporting skills and ideally web analytics skills
- Passionate about being customer focused and have a good understanding of online retail and the online retail landscape
- You'll maybe have some supervisory experience and be able to prioritise projects effectively
- Knowledge of Content Management Systems would be useful
- Knowledge of web design, SEO and accessibility would be useful - this is NOT a design job but you will work closely with designers
