Paid Media Specialist

**Job Title - Paid Media Specialist**
**Location Details - Hybrid (1-2 days per week in the office)**
**Main Purpose and Scope**
To bring energy, passion and enthusiasm to the Paid Media team, ensuring we are delivering the best work possible for our clients, whilst supporting the continued growth of the department across strategic decisions, team development and constant improvements.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage day-to-day execution of paid media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and others.
- Build targeted audiences, create compelling ad copy, and optimize bids for maximum reach and engagement.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and generate reports to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with Account Managers and other team members to develop and implement paid media strategies.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in paid advertising.
**Qualifications & Experience**:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communication, or related field is preferred.
- 2-4 years of experience in paid media management.
- Proven ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights.
- Strong communication and written skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
**Additional Beneficial Experience**:
- Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Basic knowledge of tracking across the major ad platforms.
- Google Analytics 4.
- Google Tag Manager.
- Google Looker Studio.
- Funnel.io.

**Salary**: £32,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
