**This is the job** Joining the AA as an IT Operations Project Manager, you will be managing and implementing a variety of projects and scope within our IT Operations business area i.e., Infrastructure, End User Computing (EUC) and IT Security.

You'll be joining a skilled team and providing your wealth of expertise and knowledge with other project managers as well as driving forward strategic and tactical change implementation.

We are looking for someone who is strong IT Project experience on an array of scale and technical scope in particular, Infrastructure and End User Computing (EUC) and would like to play a key role in creating the future of the AA.

**What will I be doing?**:

- Overall responsible for the full end to end planning and delivery of projects in a controlled and timely manner
- Management of project budget and forecasting
- Identifying, assessing, and monitoring risks, issues, dependencies and change requests to ensure projects are delivered to time, cost and quality criteria and solutions are cost effective, resilient and supportable
- Working with the appropriate IT resources in order to make recommendations regarding project delivery and implementation approaches which minimise risk whilst meeting project timeline and cost objectives
- Communicating the progress and status of projects to the project sponsor and other members of the project team and act as part of steering groups as and when appropriate / required
- Identifying and making recommendations on resources required that optimises each implementation

**What do I need?** We'd love to hear from you if you are a strong IT Project Manager with proficient exposure to Networks, Infrastructure or End User Computing (EUC). You'll also be a keen problem solver with great stakeholder management experience - not afraid to present,challenge and influence all levels including Senior Leaders, Executives and Directors. A deep understanding of the project lifecycle is crucial and being able to adapt to all project methodologies i.e., Waterfall, Agile etc. Most of all, we are looking forsomeone who is passionate about all things tech
