**Job Title**:Support Worker

We are looking for two passionate, caring and devoted individuals to join our ever growing team, working with care leavers (aged 16-21). Could you make a difference to vulnerable young people? This is an exciting opportunity which is both rewarding and fulfilling.

**Shifts**:You will be required to work on a shift pattern, which includes day shifts and sleep in shifts. As a 24 hour service, staff are required to work both weekdays and weekends, however, regular weekends off are guaranteed.

**Hourly Rate**: £10.50 per hour

**Sleep in rate**: £40 additional per sleep in shift, plus additional hourly rate for any disrupted hours.

**Who we are**:
MoCoCo House is supported accommodation for young people aged 16-21. MoCoCo aims to support young people from all different backgrounds, cultures and circumstances. From care leavers to mother and baby placements, we support those in need of a consistent and settled home. MoCoCo House is a really fun place to work and develop, within a supportive staff team at all levels.

We are seeking passionate individuals to join our team. Previous care experience within a health care provider and NVQ qualifications in Health and Social Care would be advantageous but isn’t essential.

MoCoCo House is a subsidiary of Middlewich Community Church

**Key Responsibilities**:
The purpose of the role is to be responsible in providing help, support and encouragement to young people aged 16-21 to take control of their life and promote independent living.

- Compassionate and respectful
- Good timekeeping

**Requirements**:

- Flexible working
- Maintaining Confidentiality
- Ability to accurately report, record and maintain records.

Due to the nature of the role and transporting our young people, it is desirable for you to hold a full UK driving license and have business use insurance, however, this is not essential.

Successful applicants will require satisfactory references and an Enhanced Disclosure from the Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS.)
