Sales Specialist

Prescott's Surgical, Ltd is the global leader for surgical microscope service and support. Prescott's provides direct sales/service for all surgical microscopes including top brand names like Zeiss, Leica, Haag-Streit/Moller-Wedel, and many more. Our local technicians are fully trained with electrical and optical classroom study and are supported by a complete refurbishing facility to provide the very best in surgical microscope sales and service.

Role and Responsibilities

The Sales Specialist will report to the Regional Manager and work alongside our Sales/Service team. The Sales Specialist is charged with helping identify new accounts within the UK region, growing the existing book of business, and setting up appointments for the field reps with prospective new customers.

Specific duties and responsibilities include:

- Work closely with our Sales/Service team to help find new accounts within the UK.
- Grow our existing book of business
- Generate new sales leads
- Set meetings with decision makers at targeted accounts
- Present quotes and close maintenance agreements.
- Administrative duties relating to maintenance agreements
- Collaborate with members of the Prescott’s team to ensure an excellent customer experience.
- Successful professional with work experience in Telephone Sales/Business to Business Sales ideally in the medical industry.
- Exceptional relationship skills and the ability to build and grow connections with people of all types and backgrounds.
- Track record of creating new sales channels, driving sales, and growing sales within existing accounts.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Independent critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable and confident using technology as an integral part of the sales process
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to keep multiple projects and client engagements active at once.
- Interest in working as part of a small and an extremely fast-growing company, with awareness about the opportunities and challenges that come with operating in this type of environment.
- Enjoy working closely with others in a highly collaborative team.
- Dynamic, engaging, with a sense of humor.

Pay: £50,000.00-£70,000.00 per year

Schedule:
