Sales Growth Specialist

We are seeking a Sales Growth Specialist to join our team at beBee Professionals in Rossendale. The ideal candidate will have proven experience as an Account Manager or in a sales role, with a strong understanding of CRM software and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients, acting as their main point of contact.
- Develop strategies to meet client needs and drive long-term business growth.
- Identify new sales opportunities within the current client base.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
As a Sales Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our business through strategic partnerships and customer development. You will work closely with our senior management team to identify opportunities and develop plans to achieve them.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
