You will be a part of a studio for a Global electronics brand as a Digital / HTML5 Banner Designer, responsible for the seamless delivery of multi-channel design.
As a Digital / HTML5 Banner Designer, you will be responsible for the ideation, amends, and final output of HTML5 animated banners, social media content, static digital banners, and video animation, adhering to brand guidelines and always aiming to exceed ourclient's expectations. Working with the Studio Manager, Designers, Artworkers, Account Management team and direct with clients to ensure creative solutions are delivered to high standards at all times.
Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop and deliver dynamic HTML5 ad banners quickly and efficiently for marketing and branding campaigns.
- Responsible for complete development of specific projects, from concept, through design, to creating media-ready artwork across digital platforms.
- Develop creative solutions to meet the client's needs, in line with their overall marketing strategy, working with account teams and client marketing teams.
- Aware of on-going basis of design trends, undertaking appropriate research when required,
- thus ensuring the client's creative is innovative and appropriate for their regional audience.
- Lead by example and share your knowledge and best practice experience with the wider design team.
- Follow the studio's traffic management process to ensure best in class results are achieved.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

- Proficient working knowledge of UI/UX design, Adobe CC; Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects.
- Highly experienced of HTML5 ad frameworks using Google Web Designer.
- High level of proficiency of producing animated HTML5 projects in an agency environment or in-house design department.
- Skilled with concepting, typography, composition including wireframing and storytelling
- Ability to create static banner assets in Illustrator or Photoshop.
- Ability to create animated videos with Adobe After Effects is desirable.
- Proven track record of creative design.
- Excellent creative and technical skills in digital design and strong attention to detail essential.
- Experienced in proofing text and can go beyond spell-check.
- Easy-going, able to multi-task, deal with multiple rounds of: edits, amends and starting over.
- Flexible and can adapt to quickly changing priorities and tasks.
- Open to constructive criticism and can maintain a great attitude under pressure.
- Able to quickly pick-up a client's brand guidelines and maintain brand consistency while creating innovative and strategic designs.
- Highly organised with an internal drive to continuously improve and learn new skills.
