Skills City is a unique digital bootcamp campus that trains adult learners not in mainstream education and up-skills learners into digital technology roles. At the centre of which is the commitment to removing the barriers presently impacting diversity andgender balance, D&I is our DNA.
Key Responsibilities:

- Primarily focussed on learner recruitment
- Handling phone call enquiries for the bootcamps
- Arranging and taking interviews for all potential students to join the bootcamps
- Feeding back to the Recruitment Manager about potential outreach spaces to talk about the bootcamps
- Assisting in the organisation and attending careers and learner recruitment events

Skills and Experience:

- Customer Service experience
- Quality, accuracy and attention to detail are essential
- Timely delivery of tasks
- Good communication skills & work ethic
- Solid understanding of our bootcamps

**Benefits**:

- Salary: £24,000
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
- An additional 3 days to take off over Christmas
- Flexible working options (3 days in office, 2 from home)
