**Due to continued company growth, we are looking to recruit an Operations Support Assistant to support our business in all departments - service / sales / admin / social mediathe list goes on and on**

This is a new role within the company and will be incredibly diverse so you will need to be super flexible.

Every day can be different, one day you could be creating social media posts and the next you could even be out onsite giving our service engineers a helping hand.

Compressed air is a very niche industry but don’t worry, we will teach you all you need to know about our compressed air world

**About You**:
For this role you will need to
Be resilient and confident with a positive ‘can do’ attitude.
Have strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail and reliability.
Be straight-talking, we don’t walk on eggshells round here.
Have a high degree of flexibility.
Have a huge respect and love for engineering.
Be highly creative, always looking for ways to improve working processes.
Have good interpersonal skills with the ability to work & contribute within a team environment.
Have a strong understanding of computer programs, ie CRM systems, SAGE.
Live within 30 minutes of our head office in Romsey, Hampshire.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Report directly to the Operations Manager, working together to achieve operational efficiency.
To assist in the operational and administrative tasks ensuring they are carried out in a timely and reactive fashion.
To assist and provide technical support for customers, suppliers, and service engineers.
Answer enquires from customers/suppliers and raising related documentation as required.
Work closely with the Service Engineers for the planning of reactive and planned maintenance tasks.
To continuously seek ways to improve overall company performance and reduce costs.
To deputise for the Operations Manager in their absence.
Gain in-depth knowledge of products, customers, and demand across both brands.
Gain detailed understanding of the various stock, demand and other IT systems used in the business.
