**We are looking for passionate Early Years Room Manager / Leader for our Baby room (3 months - 16 months+).**

This role requires a full and relevant qualification at level 3 or above. You will need at least 2 years experience working in an Early Years Setting.

Archfield has been a family run nursery since 1986 and is situated in a beautiful building that has expanded over the past 15 years with a fantastic outdoor space We pride ourselves in being a very forward thinking, reflective team who want the very best for children, families and our staff team. We received another Ofsted Outstanding grading in April 2023.

Some key things to know about our setting:

- We have a planning in the moment approach
- Our Pre-School children go to Beach and Forest School sessions a few times a week
- We have ‘Wandering Wanderers’ sessions which are relaxed outings with all age groups in our local vicinity
- Outdoor environments are hugely important to us and luckily have exciting, large outdoor areas for play
- We have a high emphasis on Continual Professional Development. We have 2 In-Service Days a year, monthly training staff meetings and book external training for our practitioners
- We are one big family with regular staff socials

Pay: Up to £32,500.00 per year
