**Salary**: £24,000 p/a (which will increase to £25,000 p/a upon successful completion of probationary period)

**Location**: Unit 1, Bardner Bank, Killinghall, Harrogate, HG3 2SP

**Hours**: Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week

**We are currently seeking to recruit an **_Installation Planner_****

**Your main responsibility as our **_Installations Planner_** **will be to schedule the installation of our products into our customer's properties within a designated region.**

**What are we looking for in our Installation Planner?**
- Excellent organisation and time management skills to effectively manage workload.
- Effective communicator and excellent customer service skills.
- Self-motiviated and uses initiative to create solutions to problems.
- Can work independently or in a team environment depending on the situation.
- Proficient IT skills, especially in Microsoft and Excel.
- Proactive and eager to learn.

**What does the Installation Planner actually do?**
- Responsible for managing and arranging installations appointments with customers.
- Scheduling of works to ensure maximum productivity and minimum driving for the Installer.
- Maintaining and updating the scheduling system.
- Handling of customer work queries and complaints to a satisfactory resolution or escalating to the relevant level.
- Finding suitable replacement jobs for all fall out or no access jobs within 30 minutes of notification.
- Ensuring contract and franchisee jobs are booked in line with the procedures in place and target dates are met.
- Ensuring that clients or customers’ information is safe and secure.
- Ensure an acceptable understanding of Installer H&S requirements and accommodate this when booking in work.
- Maintain confidentiality, sensitivity and respect, ensuring all data is handled in line with data protection and used for a specific, business related purpose only
