Receptionist/service Advisor

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and addressing their needs
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner
- Schedule appointments and manage the service calendar
- Assist customers with vehicle drop-off and pick-up process
- Communicate with technicians to ensure timely completion of work
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed
- Process payments and handle financial transactions
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with empathy and professionalism
Hours will be 8 AM until 6 PM Monday to Friday with an hours unpaid lunch and two 15 minute breaks through out the day. You will receive 20 days holiday a year plus all the bank holidays.
**Skills**:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong typing and clerical abilities
- Proficient in office administrative tasks
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to computerized systems
