NWSSP has an exciting opportunity for a band 3 Project Support Officer to join the Planning Performance & Informatics Programme Management Office.

Working within a fast-paced environment, the role will provide high quality system administrative support and general day to day support as required across the Programme Management Office and wider division.

This will span associated initiatives managed by the (PMO) Programme Management Office and the wider (PPI) Planning Performance & Informatics division including service improvement, planning and performance as required.

You will be a team player but have the ability to work and solve problems on your own as well as being able to create and maintain effective working relationships across all levels of the division and wider organisation and possess a willingness to learn and continually develop.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team and help play an active role in the continued success for NWSSP and the planning performance and informatics division.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.

Provide a secretarial and administrative support for the project management office, planning and performance teams and will have the ability to prioritise work and deal with competing demands and interruptions.
Manage and initiate new work request meetings between PMO management.
Provide support and day to day information management for project control tools and master
register databases.
Provide SharePoint and CMS support for the PMO and when required the wider planning and performance teams, including access control management and maintaining Project library information.
The coordination and collation of regular updates from internal and external stakeholders and documentation showing progress, problems, lessons learnt database and resolutions.
Responsible for the management of project document libraries by collating and recording all lessons learnt, and other public facing PMO guidance.
Support the management of internal PMO KPIs - e.g., measuring SharePoint call logs and measuring front door process.
Provide ad hoc project and Programme or Project support, data management, survey management, task completion and issue identification supporting resolution within a project environment as required.

Coordinate the distribution and processing of the MS Teams information requirements.
