As a busy and expanding waste management company, we have a new vacancy for a Transport Yard Team Leader at our transport depot in Devizes.

As this role is based outdoors; we are looking for a motivated and committed individual who is not deterred by the Great British weather and comfortable to work in a busy and challenging environment.

**Duties include**:

- Jet washing equipment and vehicles - include MOT prep washing
- Stock control of bins, bin parts, fuel and other equipment/ resources
- loading of vehicles & trailers for brake testing
- general yard maintenance
- vehicle checks/ gate checks
- Supervise and organise tasks for the small transport yard team
- other ad hoc duties to support the Transport Manager and Transport Assistant with the day to day running of the transport yard.

**Experience**:

- Driving licence (CAT B for car and van 3.5tn) essential
- Telehandler forklift an advantage but not essential - training will be given
- Experience in a similar position/ industry would be an advantage but not essential
