You will report into the Founder and CEO.

**About the role**:
**What you will do**:

- Collaborate with the CEO to set and drive the organizational vision and operational strategy.
- Lead and manage a passionate and high-performing team in Ops, Finance, HR, and Planning.
- Sharpen and drive strategic plans cross-functionally, identifying growth opportunities and building business cases to support them.
- Review and oversee measurement and effectiveness of all major internal and external processes, driving relentless improvement and ensuring Waldo’s business can scale quickly.
- Develop & own financial model for Waldo’s business, including new and emerging channels, setting annual budgets with key functions
- Deliver and lead Operations functions including 3PL, logistics, supply chain and inventory management to support business goals, driving growth.
- Oversee and play a critical role in fundraising activities for the organization including investor relations
- Oversee HR function including org planning, recruitment, compensation, benefits, staff engagement, DEI commitments, driving high-performance and culture
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations and standards

**Who you are**:

- Prior executive-level experience and 10+ years of career experience; prior experience in a high-growth, E-Commerce business strongly preferred
- Deep expertise and prior leadership experience in the areas this role oversees (finance, planning, operations, supply chain and HR)
- Exceptional leadership skills: people internally and externally want to work with and for you
- Someone with a track record of implementing the organizational structures, systems and processes to achieve the organization’s goals; an expert collaborator who can solve for this across their own teams and others

Must have a proven track record in building emerging high growth companies, teams and systems. They must thrive in a team environment and be passionate about hitting aggressive objectives and be fired up by the mission.

**Salary**: £48,810.20-£162,293.29 per year

- 8 hour shift
