**About The Role**

**About The Role**

**Hours**:
09:00 - 17:30 - Mon - Fri

**Salary**: £50,000

**Duties Will Include**
- Design the internal communications strategy and plan working with stakeholders to transparently communicate and increase engagement through various functions.
- Be responsible for change management and culture journey communication and engagement amongst internal community from industrial, service, sales and marketing functions.
- Working with leaders across functions from industrial, service, sales and marketing, design and agree creative and innovative plans to communicate on both strategic and operational levels. Define and implement tone of voice specific to function and jobrole.
- Define and utilise appropriate media (e.g.: newsletter, video, podcast, webinar, MS Teams) to produce the internal communications plan. Manage the plan and the content in support of organisation strategy.
- Define and articulate key and consistent theme in communications relating to strategic direction, culture and change management. Consider brand values and impact on external communication/customer relationship. With exceptional writing skills produce writtentext and scripts for Audio and visual mediums.
- Regular reporting on communications to provide insight and determine engagement. Respond to feedback across the organisation to guide plan and inform strategy.
- Ensure compliance with all regulations and directives of the company (such as Corporate Governance Manual and Rules of Procedures) in the current version.

**About You**
- Qualified to Degree or master's level.
- Exceptional communication skills including and not exhaustive:

- Writing - ability to create, proof, and edit written communications with clear themes, trends and consistent storyline or thread.
- Speaking - presentation skills with the ability to communicate verbally, in person or broadcast to all functions across the organisation.
- Interpersonal skills - ability to create relationships across the organisation and interpret a theme or strategy into a communication piece.
- Creative skills - keep abreast of the latest technology and communication medias while maintaining compliance and confidentiality of business topics.
- Previous experience of internal communications at a senior level is essential.
- Previous experience of communicating complex topics and strategies is essential.
- Experiencing of defining cross functional and multidisciplinary internal communications strategies.
- Experience of communication of change management and culture change and employee engagement.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent IT skills.
- Qualification in CIPR or CIM is desirable.
- Organised, accountable and flexible.
- UK travel is required frequently.
- European travel is required occasionally.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
