An exciting opportunity has arisen for the right person to take the role of Receptionist and be the first face people see when they come to TCH. This is a varied role where you will also be assisting the back office teams when needed.

**Hours**:8.00am - 4.00pm (Weekdays only)

**Salary**: £11.50 - £12.50 Per Hour (Dependant on experience)

**Your Role**
- Reception duties:_
- Greet and welcome guests when they arrive at TCH
- Direct Visitors to appropriate person or office.
- Answer, Screen and forward incoming phone calls.
- Place any required outbound calls where required
- Responsible for guests visitors signing in and out using SignIn App
- Responsible for issuing and the return of visitor and temporary passes
- Maintain the coffee machine in the client hub, ensuring it is cleaned and stocked up.
- Making coffee or tea for visitors
- Organise client meetings, collecting data such as hotel or travel arrangements and dietary requirements.
- Ensure reception area is tidy, presentable and with all necessary stationary material.
- Receive, log and distribute mail and parcels.
- Ordering of front office supplied and inventory of stock to be maintained.
- Administration Support:_
- Send daily holiday and appointment list to all management.
- Update Calendars and schedule any required meetings.
- Keep updated records of starters and leavers
- Keep records of office expenses if required, along with supplementary vends from coffee machine.
- Recruitment Support:_
- Assist recruitment team as and when required
- Ensuring interviewees are signed in
- Ensuring new starters complete digital forms
- Send financial details of new starters.
- Complete and send P46 to accountants.
- Add new starters to HR systems including pre-booked holidays.

**What we are looking for in you?**
- Excellent time management skills;
- Well presented with a friendly and approachable manner;
- Ability to use your own initiative to ensure all daily tasks are complete;
- Excellent organisational skills.
