**Job Purpose**:
To set up, optimise, and innovate paid search accounts on behalf of Ignition’s clients, reporting on progress and recommending relevant services in order to maximise results.

**Skills and Knowledge**:
Google Ads: 1 year (preferred)

Digital marketing: 1 year (preferred)

**About the Role**:
35hrs/week

Hybrid working: currently 2 days in office

**Key Responsibilities**:
Working with clients to take detailed briefs and gain understanding of their target market, goals, and unique selling points

Using brief to produce detailed campaign set up and online marketing strategy

Maintaining, managing, and optimising client campaigns focusing, at all times, on delivering a positive return on investment

Innovating accounts and making recommendations based on performance and statistics

Building and maintaining relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service via close account management

Producing reports and analytical data supporting your work

Upselling company services where relevant

Writing attractive ad copy

Undertaking market research to ensure campaigns are kept relevant

Working closely with other internal teams to generate client success

Managing a range of multi-channel platforms, including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads & Analytics.

Liaising with developers, other agencies, and designers as role dictates

Any other duties assigned by Ignition Search Limited as deemed necessary

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
