Residential Child Care Workers are responsible for the day-to-day health and wellbeing for all of the young people within Orchard Cottage. You must be able to work as part of a team with colleagues and other professionals, to offer a comprehensive service that meets the physical, social, emotional, mental health and care needs of the vulnerable children and young people within our home.

You should be confident in providing exceptional care and support while being able to demonstrate a sound value base.

We are looking to hire employees that have experience of working with Autism, disabilities and personal care, along with having relevant qualifications such as HNC in Social Care and SVQ Level 7 children and young people (or equivalent) or the commitment to achieve these within a required timeframe.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £24,500.00-£28,500.00 per year
