**Duties will include:

Providing exceptional customer service by assisting clients with all their travel needs and preferences.

Make reservations for flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel services.

Create detailed itineraries tailored to clients' requirements

Offer advice on destinations, accommodation and transport.

Handle booking amendments and cancellations efficiently.

Staying updated on regulations and visa requirements.

Building strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

**Requirements: -**

Proven experience as a Travel Consultant or similar role in the travel industry.

Excellent knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in reservation software and online booking platforms.

Ability to work well under pressure and in busy times.

Attention to detail and accuracy in booking information.
- Support, search and confirm travel reservations for the customer
- Competently provide general travel advice to travellers
- Respond to enquiries accurately and professionally
- Have excellent knowledge of travel supplier rules
- Provide the customer with the required industry information, such as fares rules exchange costs and penalties
- Some experience on travel systems and airfare knowledge - **Sabre** preferred
- You will have a passion for success in customer service
- A flexible approach, with the ability and stamina to manage multiple activities in a busy office environment.
- Excellent communicator
- Experienced in Microsoft Office products
- Ability to work in a dynamic organisation and be comfortable presenting to customers.

This is a permanent position with an immediate start. Previous experience within the travel industry is essential but full training will be provided.
