**About Our Client**:

- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, and ensure resolution
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
- Work with the customer service team to ensure excellent service standards
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process

**The Successful Applicant**:
A successful Dispute Resolution Officer should have:

- An understanding of customer service practices and principles
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Proficiency in the use of computer systems
